PASSPORT INVESTMENT
Greece’s Golden Visa programme grants permanent residency to investors purchasing Greek real estate at a minimum of €250,000, plus fees. Following seven full years of Greek residency, the investor will have the opportunity to apply for Greek citizenship and a passport. It is important to note that a citizenship application is a separate process to the golden visa programme and the two programmes are not directly linked. The applicant must also undertake an advanced language test to qualify for Greek citizenship.
