Panama Golden Visa Family Requirements

The Panama Golden Visa allows the main applicant to include close family members, making it an attractive option for long-term family planning and relocation.

Eligible dependants include:

• Spouse
• Unmarried children under 18
• Unmarried children aged 18–25, provided they are financially dependent on the main applicant and enrolled as full-time students at an accredited educational institution.

Panama Citizenship by Investment

Whilst there is no direct path for Citizenship by Investment in Panama, investor and their family can apply for Panama citizenship after five years of holding permanent residency – through the Golden Visa program.
