Paul Williams

Paul is CEO and Founder of La Vida, the world’s leading Investment Migration agency. He directed the business towards the emerging golden visa market in 2012, launching www.goldenvisas.com. Five consecutive years in the Financial Times listing of the top 1000 European growth companies followed, a benchmark reached by only a handful of firms. La Vida has since served clients in over 160 countries and introduced more than $1bn into golden visa economies. Paul is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years’ business experience.

Elizabeth Edwards

Elizabeth (aka Lizzie), began her journey at La Vida in 2013, originally as a Client Advisor, before transitioning into marketing in 2016, where she developed a passion for brand strategy, client engagement, and global audience growth. Today, she leads company-wide marketing strategy, helping position La Vida as a leading name in the investment migration industry. Prior to joining La Vida, Lizzie built experience in both banking and recruitment, bringing a strong commercial mindset and people-focused approach to her work. She is also a member of the Investment Migration Council (IMC).

Daniel Twomey

Daniel, our Chief Operations Officer, spearheads new citizenship programs, oversees sales, and manages legal and government relationships. An investment migration expert, he holds a BA in Business and English, an Investment Management qualification from the University of Geneva, and a Master’s in International Affairs and Diplomacy from UNITAR. Fluent in Mandarin, Daniel lived and worked in Shanghai for five years.

Jude Clemoes

Jude is the Head of Client Relationships for La Vida and plays an integral part in processing residency and citizenship applications. Jude is responsible for the company’s pre-application due diligence checks and ensuring the smooth processing of each application. Graduating with a degree in law she has a vast knowledge of the procedures involved with residency and citizenship investment. Jude is a key point of contact with our legal representatives particularly in the Caribbean and Europe.

Edwina Keyser

Edwina has served as one of our Senior Consultants at La Vida since 2007, bringing over 18 years of industry experience. An expert in Residency and Citizenship by Investment (RCBI), she specialises in advising clients on global mobility solutions. With expertise in both property and fund-based investment migration programmes, Edwina provides guidance on opportunities across Europe, the Caribbean, the USA, and Canada. She is a certified member of the Investment Migration Council (IMC).

Paul Mandrinos

Paul, a Senior Consultant at La Vida since 2018, has 9 years of investment migration experience, advising thousands of clients on global mobility solutions. Prior to joining La Vida, Paul held senior roles including Portfolio Manager at UBS and EFG, before becoming an Investment Director in the real estate sector. Paul’s background in finance and real estate means he has a strong track record in international transactions. Paul holds a BA in Business and an MSc in Investment Management from Cass Business School, and speaks fluent Greek.

Rebecca Williams

Rebecca has been a Senior Consultant at La Vida since 2020, building extensive expertise across Caribbean and European residency and citizenship by investment programs. She advises clients from around the world on tailored global mobility solutions, with a strong understanding of the varying needs and priorities of international investors. After graduating from the University of Exeter with a BSc Honours degree in Biological Sciences, Rebecca spent a year living in Sydney before joining La Vida.

Richard Jacks

Prior to joining La Vida in 2021, Richard built up over a decade of experience across offshore investment, investment migration, and financial services. As a Senior Consultant at La Vida, he advises clients from around the world on residency and citizenship by investment solutions, helping investors navigate complex global mobility opportunities with confidence. Originally from South Africa, Richard graduated from the University of Pretoria with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business and Marketing.

Jessica Brill

Jessica has been a Senior Consultant at La Vida since 2015, bringing over 10 years of experience in residency and citizenship by investment. Specialising in Caribbean and European programs, she advises clients on tailored global mobility solutions and has extensive knowledge of the Golden Visa industry. Jessica holds a degree in Spanish and International Business, is fluent in Spanish, and has travelled extensively internationally, bringing a strong global perspective to her work.

Lukas Harries

Lukas has been with La Vida since 2022 and is now a Senior Consultant specialising in residency and citizenship by investment solutions. Before moving into an advisory role in 2025, he spent three years within La Vida’s Client Relations team managing citizenship and Golden Visa applications, giving him in-depth knowledge of the processes and requirements across global programs. Prior to joining La Vida, Lukas worked at an international wealth management platform. He also holds a BSc in Economics from Swansea University.

Eileen Redmond

Eileen is a Senior Consultant at La Vida and brings more than two decades of experience working with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and international clients across the financial services sector. With her background as a Chartered Accountant (FCA), she is known for her trusted advisory approach, strong relationship management skills, and expertise in complex investment and wealth structuring solutions for international clients and entrepreneurs.

Chelita Virdee

Chelita oversees the end-to-end management of citizenship and residency by investment applications, ensuring an efficient, discreet, and seamless experience for high-net-worth clients. With a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Nottingham Trent University, she combines legal acumen with deep industry knowledge to navigate complex global programmes. Fluent in English and Punjabi, Chelita delivers tailored support with cultural sensitivity and the utmost professionalism.

Sai Midha

Sai is La Vida’s Financial Controller and has over seven years of experience in Finance. Sai holds an Accounting and Finance degree from The University of Kent and later trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a top UK accounting firm.

Lavanya Marya

Lavanya plays a vital role as an active member of our Client Relationships team, where her responsibilities include providing comprehensive support to our investors throughout the entire application process. Having initially earned her degree in International Law from the University of Birmingham, Lavanya has subsequently achieved a Masters Degree in Geopolitics, Resources, and Territory at the esteemed Kings College, London.

Elicia Thomas

Elicia is a Client Relations Executive at La Vida, joining the firm in 2025 following her graduation from the University of Manchester, where she achieved a First-Class degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. As part of La Vida’s Client Relationships team, Elicia works closely with investors to guide them through every stage of their residency and citizenship journey. She plays a key role in overseeing client documentation, due diligence requirements, and ongoing case management with precision and care.

Jessica-Anne Hewitt

Jess joined La Vida in early 2025 following her return to the UK after several years living in New Zealand. She is part of our Marketing team, where her expertise spans analytics, data and social media, ensuring the company’s marketing strategy is executed with precision and impact. Prior to joining La Vida, Jessica worked for a leading legal firm in New Zealand, gaining valuable experience within a highly regulated, client-focused environment. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington.
