Investors can gain a five-year residency permit by investing a minimum of €50,000 into a Latvian company. Investors must also make a one-off donation of €10,000 to the government. Application and processing fees also apply.

The applicant can apply for Latvian Permanent Residence after they have resided in the country for a minimum of five years. They must have resided in the country for a minimum of four of those years and have knowledge of the language, general history, and national anthem.
