Saint Kitts – Limited Time Offer Returns

The Citizenship by Investment unit of Saint Kitts and Nevis has announced that they are re-running the Limited Time Offer they ran last year, saving our clients up to $45,000 on family citizenship by investment applications. 

Originally the cost for families of four applying through the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) would have been £195,000 + fees. With the special discount, single applicants, couples and families of up to four can all apply at the same price of $150,000 + fees. The offer was so popular last year that the CIU has decided to bring it back for the spring. We expect to see a surge of applications following this news, as we have witnessed several times before when LTO’s have previously been announced. Government due diligence fees and application fees will still be applicable. The offer is due to expire in December 2021.
