This incredible new six-star luxury resort and golf course will be managed by a globally renowned hotel brand. Set in the famous Moonlight basin, Montana, the property is surrounded by spectacular luscious views with a backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. Situated close by is also the well-known ‘Big Sky’ resort and Yellowstone Club, one of the most prestigious private member clubs in the region. The area is an extremely popular skiing destination for tourists from all over the US and the world.

The resort will comprises of 123 units, 73 hotel guestrooms, 19 hotel cabins, and an estimated 31 five-six bedroom Private Residences that will enter the Hotel rental pool. In addition, there will be a world-class spa, ski lodge, and high-speed gondola. Construction has already commenced in Q4 2021 and the project is estimated to be completed in Q4 2024.

• The project qualifies as a Rural TEA investment under the most recent EB5 Legislation;
• The project qualifies for the lower EB5 investment requirement of $800,000 instead of $1,050,000;
• The project has priority processing and visa ”set asides” for backlogged countries (e.g., China, Potentially Vietnam & India)
