The lowest cost way to gain Residency in Ireland through the Immigrant Investor Programme is through the Endowment route. Applicants must make a philanthropic donation of a minimum of €500,000 to a project which is of public benefit to the arts, sports, health, culture or education in Ireland. For larger projects where five or more applications are received, the minimum donation is reduced to €400,000.
In addition to the endowment, investors must be of good character, demonstrate a minimum net worth of €2 million and must have a clean criminal record.
