A stunning new four-star hotel and residential project which has been approved by the government of Montenegro and is eligible for their citizenship by investment programme.

Located in the charming town of Kolasin, Montenegro’s most famous ski resort. The project consists of two main buildings with a total of 150 studio and 1 bedroom apartments on offer.

The developer is offering investors a guaranteed rental return of 2.5% for the first five years, plus the difference between actual returns and guaranteed returns. Annual returns are estimated at 5% once the hotel is fully operational. Investors are also entitled to two months personal usage each year.

Prices start at €250,000 which includes 21% VAT.

Investors looking to apply for Montenegro Citizenship must also make a contribution of €100,000 in the form of a government fund donation, in addition to the real estate investment.
