This fantastic EB5 Investment project is a luxury hotel, situated in the heart of Chicago’s financial district. The original building was a bank, built in 1914 and is registered as a historic landmark. The first 12 floors of the mixed use building are already successfully operating as a well known hotel with 610 rooms. There are then five floors above of commercial office space, followed by the remaining upper floors of the building which have recently been renovated  to create a new separate boutique hotel, comprising of 232 rooms. The five-star hotel will be managed by one of the worlds largest hotel brands. The project is already completed and the hotel opened in June 2022.

All financing is already in place and the hotel has cash reserves to carry the hotel through 2022.

EB5 HIGHLIGHTS:

• The project qualifies Urban Targeted Employment investment under the most recent EB5 Legislation;
• The project qualifies for the lower EB5 investment requirement of $800,000 instead of $1,050,000;
• The project has priority processing and visa ”set asides” for backlogged countries (e.g., China, Potentially Vietnam & India)
