The new pricing for Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment programme has been announced and takes effect from today, 1st July 2024. Dominica maintains its position as the most affordable option in the Caribbean for single applicants, setting the new minimum threshold at $200,000 for the Economic Diversification Fund (Donation route). The minimum investment for government-approved real estate projects remains unchanged at $200,000, though increased government fees now make this avenue slightly more costly compared to the previous pricing model.

Dominica Citizenship by Donation – Economic Diversification Fund:

  • Single Applicants: From $200,000 
  • Main applicant, plus up to 3 dependents: $250,000
  • Additional dependents under 18 years old: $25,000
  • Additional dependents over 18 years old: $40,000

Dominica Citizenship by Real Estate Investment:

Minimum Investment $200,000, plus new government fees:

  • Single Applicants: $75,000 
  • Main applicant, plus up to 3 dependents: $100,000
  • Additional dependents under 18 years old: $25,000
  • Additional dependents over 18 years old: $40,000
