The U.S. Virgin Islands does not have a golden visa or citizenship by investment programme, as it is not a country in its own right. Being an overseas territory of the U.S., it does not issue its own passport. The golden visa programmes offered by other countries often allow individuals to obtain citizenship or residency rights through substantial investment. This is typically in real estate, national development funds, or local businesses. Consequently, they also do not have a separate residency programme to that of the USA.
