Montserrat

Montserrat is a British overseas territory and not a country in its own right. Hence there is no direct Montserrat citizenship by investment programme. As a member of CARICOM, travel and stay in Montserrat is possible. Some territories encourage investment from entrepreneurs and business and may offer residency often in a favourable tax jurisdiction.
