St Lucia Citizenship by Donation
The lowest cost route to gain Saint Lucia Citizenship is via a donation to the National Economic Fund. The minimum investment required is $100,000 for a single applicant, $165,000 for a couple and $190,000 for a family of four. Additional due diligence and processing fees are also applicable and will vary depending on the applicant’s age and the size of their family.
St Lucia Citizenship by Real Estate Investment
For the real estate route, applicants must invest in a government-approved real estate development for a minimum of $300,000, plus fees. The investment must be held for a minimum holding period of five years, after which it may be liquidated.
St Lucia Covid 19 Relief Bond
In May 2020 a temporary bond was launched, offering single applicants the option to deposit a minimum of $250,000 into a refundable government bond, or $300,000 for a family application. The bond has a minimum holding period of five years, after which the capital can be returned to the investor at 0% interest. This is a Limited Time Offer and is set to Expire December 2022.
Requirements and Process
There is no requirement to reside in Saint Lucia. Applications for the St Lucia Citizenship Investment programme take an average of 3-4 months to be processed and can be filed remotely.
