Les Khan, head of Saint Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit, has confirmed that the Limited Time Offer, which was introduced in 2020, will expire as planned at the of end this year. The current offer saves applicants $45,000 on family applications as the minimum donation has been temporarily reduced to $150,000. From January 2022 the donation for a family of four will rise back up to $195,000, plus fees.
If you were hoping to apply under the current terms but thought you had run out of time, fear not, it is still possible to proceed. The CIU also stated that they will honour the deal for any applicants who initiate the application before 31st December, even if they are unable to submit their whole file by this date. Providing applicants have formally initiated the process with their chosen authorised agent, there will be a grace period to allow applicants sufficient time to compile their paperwork and submit their full file. Authorised agents just need to register their clients who have started the formalities by the end of the year and the documentation can be submitted at a later date.
If you are looking to take advantage of this discount before the offer expires, please contact La Vida to initiate the process and we will ensure you benefit from this $45,000 saving. For a full quotation, get in touch.
