La Vida features in today’s Financial Times in an article on golden visa programmess within the EU. The article talks about the key programmes available in Europe and in the article our CEO Paul Williams mentions Portugal as the most attractive lower investment route to a golden visa.

Portugal and the capital Lisbon in particular is proving popular for real estate investment. Prices are now rising yet still below their previous peak suggesting good potential for future capital growth.

Portugal is part of the Schengen visa free zone and holders of the residency card can travel freely throughout EU countries that are part of the Schengen arrangement.
