Stunning Eco resort set in the beautiful area of Soufriere in Dominica. This fantastic hotel resort has a proven ten-year track record of operating successfully between 2005 and 2015, and closed for a new and larger development 2015.  It’s one of very few government-approved real estate projects in Dominica and, in our opinion is a perfect choice for citizenship investment.

Unlike many of the Caribbean projects, investors can buy a whole unit in this development rather than a share. Each eco friendly cabin offers a blissful retreat for those looking to relax and unwind. The units will be 37m2 in size located on a 111m2 plot.

Jungle Bay opened phase 1 with 48 villa suites and the main facilities in June 2019. All structures of the remaining 72 villa suites are already up and the focus is now on the landscaping of phase 2 and 3 and on the details of the furnishing, fixtures, etc. of the 72 units in phase 2 and 3, which should be completed within the next few months. There are 120 units in total and the resort has a number of facilities to offer, including:

The title deeds will be registered in the owners name and it is possible to use the unit for personal usage for free, for up to 1 week per year. If investors would like to use the property for longer than this, they will receive a 20% discount off the usual rates.

Through purchasing one unit, it will be possible for the whole family to be included on the application – primary investor, spouse. For Dominica’s citizenship scheme you only need to retain your real estate investment for a minimum of 3 years but you can hold it for longer if you choose. Passport issued in less than 3 months from date of application.
